All Fiber Arts is Moving

For many years – since 2011 – I have hosted this website on this server. The website response time has slowed down significantly and website costs have also risen. Therefore, I have decided that it is best to relocate the server to another location, in another country (Albania). https://allfiberarts.al

I have uploaded some pages to the new website, and the average download speeds and response speeds have improved significantly. On average, this .com site has 5 to 8 second response time. On the new server, the response times are averaging .4 to .7 seconds – a fraction of the time. So hopefully, this will be a big improvement to the quality of the site.

I will be moving all of the files and webpages over the next few months. In order to keep GOOGLE and other search engines happy, I will remove the updated pages from this website as I do the transfers. I think the easiest way to approach this is to transfer files by Category. As a Category is uploaded to the new server, I will delete the old version and provide links to the new server at https://allfiberarts.al

I am transferring all AFA Newsletter subscribers to the new server. Until GOOGLE etc adjusts to the changes, Newsletters may arrive in your SPAM box, so please check that and approve the newsletters.

UPDATE:
LAST WEEK THE U.S. SERVER THAT I HAVE BEEN ON CRASHED AND WAS DOWN FOR A FEW DAYS. DURING THAT EPISODE I LOST A LOT OF MY FILES AND IMAGES.. THEREFORE I WILL BE REBUILDING THE WEBSITE AT MY NEW SERVER LOCATION.
