Training

I have been in the fiber industry for more than twenty years teaching, spinning, weaving and knitting. I sell knitting machines, looms and wheels.

Weaving

My weaving classes are beginner weaving only. Using both floor looms and rigid heddle looms. Also, inkle weaving, card weaving and tapestry weaving.

Spinning

I offer beginning spinning classes. Both handspindling and wheels are taught. Fleece prepartation etc.

Dyeing

We do a few dye classes a year. We work over an open fire and have done both natural dyes and fiber reactive dyes.

Other Fiberarts

I teach hand and machine knitting from beginner to advanced.

Travel

At this time I do mostly teach from my studio but have also done guild workshops and have been to many of the sheep and wool festivals in my area.
