I have attained my Knitting Teachers Certificate from the Craft Yarn Council. I have also knitted for 40 years and have just started teaching knitting. I also do custom knitting and would be interested in custom crochet.

I will be giving lessons at the Madison County Coffee Shop in Fredericktown Missouri. At this time I am planning on opening The Knitting Knook, a consignment shop specializing in area spinners and fiber producer which will be located int he same building that houses the Madison County Coffee Shop in Fredericktown, MO. I will also be giving lessons in finger knitting, rake knitting and spool knitting. I will be offering summer sessions for children and local citizens who would be interested in knitting clubs. I am willing to travel reasonable distances to give lessons for groups in home setting or other businesses.

Comments:

I am working on a program for an afterschool activity at our local school in Marquand, MO. I will be offering summer knitting classes at the Marquand Community Center. I am also organizing a KnitOut to be held in conjunction with Pioneer Days in Marquand, MO information can be obtained at www.geocities.com/annualknitout
